F&B Please Read

Riverfest is being hosted by the Bonita Springs Hospitality Alliance a non-profit collective of the Food and Beverage businesses located in the Downtown Corridor of Bonita Springs. Therefore, all Food and Beverage opportunities are being offered to our membership first. Furthermore, every member has agreed to donate 20% of the days revenue to Riverfest. 

If you are a food or beverage vendor you may still register to vend but we require that your products are for offsite consumption or free samples. Food and drinks may not be ser during the event.

Vendor Level

General Information:

Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs, linens and a 10x10 tent for your booth area. You may use the 10x10 space however you'd like within the parameters outlined below.


Please make sure the tent is weighted as staking your tent will not be possible on concrete.


Riverfest reserves the right to decline participation by any company, organization or individual at its sole discretion.


Exhibitors are encouraged to promote their participation in this event through social media and other avenues.


As is consistent with our mission, we kindly request all items used at your booth be eco-friendly.  Please avoid single use plastics and instead opt for sustainable alternatives, such as compostable or reusable items.  Amazon has a wide selection of products at reasonable prices.  Let’s work together to make this event as environmentally conscious as possible.


Exhibitor applications are accepted, and booth locations are assigned on a first-come, first- served basis. Please be advised that booth space is limited and expected to fill quickly.


Completing this application does not guarantee a booth space at the event. Our team will review each application and respond as quickly as possible.


Load In/Parking:

Load in for exhibitors will begin at 8:00am on the day of the festival. All set up must be complete and vehicles moved to vendor parking by 9:30am for festival opening at 10:00am.


No vehicles are permittied within the Liles Hotel and Riverfront park.


Diagrams of booth locations and designated parking areas will be sent via email in advance of the event for easy way-finding during set up.


Load Out:

Once the event concludes and guest are off the property, we will begin exhibitor load out, expected to begin at approximately 4:00pm.


Policies and Procedures:

  1. No Food or Beverage may be sold during the event without the express consent of Riverfest Organizers.

  2. Exhibitor/Vendor booths will not have accessible power; generators are not permitted.

  3. Balloons, confetti and artificial flowers are prohibited.

  4. As an outdoor event, it is dependent on the weather.

  5. Take appropriate hot weather precautions:

    1. Use sunscreen and bug spray.

    2. Wear a hat and comfortable lightweight clothing and shoes.

    3. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.

  6. Recycle and dispose of trash properly.

  7. Refrain from removing leaves, limbs, plants or flowers, insects or wildlife from the park. These living organisms are a source of education for visitors and protection for the environment.

  8. Do not feed any wildlife you may encounter.

I, the undersigned, in my individual capacity as participant in the Bonita Springs River Fest on August 1st, 2026 and release and hold harmless both the BSDA and the Young Professionals of Naples INC.


The BSDA and the YPN its officers, instructors, volunteers and supervisors from any and all liability or damages, both personal and property, arising out of or as result of said participant’s attendance. I assume all risks incident thereto with respect to myself and to any other individuals for whom this registration is made.

BSDA and YPN occasionally takes photos of participants for use in its publications, printed materials and on its website. Also, the news media may visit the park to cover the canoe races. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge awareness that my photograph may be taken at times for promotional or news coverage purposes. I understand that photos taken become the property of the organization and may be used for promotional materials now and/or in the future.

Silent Auction Donation Terms & Conditions


By submitting a silent auction donation, you confirm that the item, service, certificate, or experience is being donated to support Bonita Springs River Fest. You authorize the event team to use your business name, logo, donation details, and related information for auction promotion and event marketing. Donors are responsible for providing accurate descriptions, values, restrictions, expiration dates, and fulfillment details. The event team reserves the right to approve, package, promote, or decline donations at its discretion. Donors should consult their tax advisor regarding deductibility.
